From the first day we sit down together, we listen intently to all of your wants and needs and we build a rapport with you in a collaborative way to create a concept design that complements all of these desires. We’ll look at how you live, your daily rituals and how we can maximize every inch of space to make sure it is functional and highly considered. Basically, we’ll know you inside out and back to front!

Our Cienne team consults with you on all your selections, giving you our creative expertise and guidance to make the best choices for your project.

Our in house design team offers digital renders and all the imagery that encompasses the mood, look and feel of the creative direction so that you can fully envisage your project. Part of our service is opening our ‘little black book’ of trusted builders, trades and suppliers, however, we can also work with your existing builder and contractors if you wish. We liaise directly with them throughout construction as well as often being present on site to oversee the progress, make crucial decisions or solve any issues that may arise in person.

In the final stages we have a lot of fun sourcing furniture, designing custom pieces and integrating personal possessions that you want to involve in your project.

By completion, we’ll be the third wheel in your relationship, know your coffee order by heart and have you on speed dial!

For those clients that are embarking on or in the process of a project that needs further clarity and guidance, Redefine Workshop is a wealth of information, resources and industry experience given to you over a period of up to four hours with our principal designer and her team. We hone in on the elements of the design that aren’t quite ‘there yet’ and how we can implement flexible changes that bridge the gap between your initial concept and actually achieving your dream home. We help you to clarify the direction of the project to achieve emotional connection, functionality and a stylised aesthetic that feels like ‘home’. With our vast array of samples from our materials library, you are also privy to our exclusive range of paints, fabrics, hard finishes and hardware that we use on a regular basis in many of our projects. This workshop is an investment into maximizing the potential of your project and is a really cost effective way to apply fresh, experienced eyes to your design, solve any issues that have been holding you up and avoid costly mistakes without the financial commitment of our full scale service.
